You can use 22C18 or 22C4 they are both the same
This would be 22!/ (22-18)! x 18! = 22!/(4!)(18!)=7315

Are those supposed to be exponents??---IOW, are you doing the expansion of (x-y) ^22? I think the composition window allows you to enter superscripts for exponents04/17/19
