Yes, there are many species of carnivorous reptiles that have horn like structures on their bodies such as the veiled chameleon. Some species of carnivorous dinosaurs also had horn like structures such as the Carnotaurus which is named because of its likeness to a modern bull.
Cassowaries (a species of large flightless bird) has a single horn like structures on the top of their head, but are omnivores. The rhinoceros hornbill is the closest thing I can find to a flying animal with a horn like structure, but these are also omnivores.
