Any moving electric charge produces a magnetic field, so both moving protons and moving electrons produce magnetic fields. This includes rotational motion.

asked 04/11/19I have watched a lot of science shows on YouTube. Some say magnetism is from spinning electrons, but a tutorial on NMR spectrospocy says that magnetic flux aligns spinning protons. So, I get confused. Hope anyone could clarify me on this.
