Is there a keyboard shortcut to return to previous position?The Shift + F5 seems to be back to last "editing position", rather than the last position of the cursor.

You can try Ctrl+Alt+Z. However, I understand that it doesn't work on some systems. I'm using Word 2010 on Windows 10 and it works for me. It's Command+Option+Z on a Mac.
