You want to look at the theta value in radians. Then when you substitute, you will see that Sin(theta) & theta are very close for small values.
For example, Sin(3 degrees) = Sin(.0523 radians) = .0523

but why it is for smaller angle only. we se theta for 30° is also = theta.04/10/19
