Start by drawing the picture

 

If you do you and do it right you will end up with a right triangle with a hypotenuse 26 (ramp) and a side which I would call "O" for opposite which is 5 (the height of the ramp.

 

Then get the sin of the angle with sin = opposite/hypotenuse = 5/26

 

now get the sin-inverse (arc-sine) of 5/26
