How to convert Lightroom review data to jpeg?

I lost orignal photo files because replace folder in OSX.Can I convert lrdata to photo file? or export review file to photo file.

Unfortunately, the Lightroom data is just the record of the photo, keywords, adjustments, and other data that was connected to the photo in Lightroom. The preview (normally an extremely small version) is saved in a LR folder, but it is not really a useable file. Unless you have the photo backed up either to a device or the cloud, it is gone.
