You hadn't given options but the four types of tissue in the human body are epithelial tissue, connective tissue, muscle tissue, and neural tissue.
Epithelial tissue is responsible for covering exposed surfaces(ex: skin), lining internal passageways(ex: intestines), and forming glands(ex: both exocrine and endocrine).
Connective tissue is responsible for fills internal spaces where it can also provide support and transport materials(ex: blood).
Muscle tissue is a specialized tissue that has the ability to contract and relax. It is found in the skeletal muscles, the muscular walls of hollow organs, and the heart.
Neural tissue is a specialized tissue as well. It has the ability to transmit electrical signals to carry information throughout the body.
A way I personally remembered the four types of tissue, is by use of an acronym.
MENC, because there are (MEN)C humans. I know it sounds silly, but it worked for me.
