Yes, there is a calculator. It's a basic calculator that only adds, subtracts, multiplies, and divides. It doesn't do square roots. There's a similar calculator included in Windows on iOS. It's best to practice with it several times before the exam. Otherwise it can slow you down.

If you are one of the few who take the TEAS on paper, then the testing center will give you a physical calculator. You can't use your own or the one on your phone. If this is the case, I recommend getting a cheap one at Wal-Mart or Dollar Tree and practicing with it when you study.
