I don't know if the second one is right. Did you mean what point f(-4(x+1)) lie on? To make this to be true, you would set up -4(x+1) =3 This implies x=-4/3-1=-4/3-3/3=-7/3 Hence, the new point would be (-7/3,-7).

Sorry, I made a simple arithmetic error. x=-3/4-1=-3/4-4/4=-7/4 Hence, tyhe new point would be (-7/4,-7) to make f(-4(x+1)) to be true.
