I want to know that which twin would be younger in the twin paradox example given & how to calculate their age

.. twin brothers A &B are 20 years old.B set out for a journey to Planet X located 20ly from earth B’s spacecraft is moving with a speed of 0.86c relative to Earth.After return journey from Planet X estimate the age of A & B
