I'm not sure I understand. This looks like a really fun problem and I'd love to help you, but what do you mean with your last sentence? Second power of what?
There is a little bit we can do with the two parts I do understand. For instance, since the two middle digits are the same number and all four sum to 14, the two middle digits couldn't possibly sum 14 or greater on their own. That means that the two middle digits can't be seven or nine.
If you can clarify this questions any I'd love to help you figure out the rest!
