What benefit does Lightroom 3 offer over Photoshop + Bridge?

I've been happily using Photoshop and Bridge to manage and edit my digital photos. I'm aware that Lightroom 3 was recently released, and decided to take a look at it, since Lightroom has been widely promoted in the past few years. I haven't used it before.I've read the specs, but I'd like to hear from those in the know: what benefits, if any, does Lightroom provide over the Photoshop/Bridge combination? I'm particularly looking for benefits to workflow.

It's a complete photo management system. If you find yourself spending time looking for pictures on your computer then LR likely will save you time.

The Develop Module is 1:1 nearly exactly ACR. It actually does the same exact edits using the same coding.

But, imagine a complete photo management program tied into doing ACR-like edits. I can image you can see how efficient that would be to editing lots of photos at once.

Plus I prefer to round trip to PS from LR. It manages the files seamlessly.
