A "Sparky" is a new measure for angles invented by Pre-Calculus students at Arizona State University. An angle corresponding to one full rotation around a circle measures exactly 170 Sparkies. If one Grad is the measure of an angle whose rays subtend 1/400th of the circumference of a circle, write a function that converts Sparkies to Grads.

You're given that

1 rotation = 170 Sparkies

 

and that

1 Grad = 1/400 rotations

400 Grad = 1 rotation

 

Therefore,

170 Sparkies = 400 Grad

1 Sparky = 400/170 Grad

 

Then if you have S Sparkies

G(S) = (400/170) * S  Grads
