Is a relation “R = {(x,y): y is a multiple of x}” a function?

I do not think that this makes any sense because it does not say y is an integer multiple of x.

For example if x =7, then y = 22 is a multiple of x since 22=(22/7)*7.

In any case, if x=7 than y can surely be 0, 7, 14, 21, 28,..... Since for x=7 we get multiple y values we can say that R is not a function
