How many years is the TEAS test good for?

The answer it depends on the university, college, the program you are trying to get into so the best way to be sure of how long the results would be good for is to discuss that with the program that is requiring the score and even checking with the company that you registered the TEAS with. Some answers I have seen on this subject is some places say 2 years and others say 5 years.

It depends on the institution you are applying to. I would reach out the the Admissions Counselor for the School of Nursing where you are applying--even if they do not have the information, they can point you in the right direction. Good luck!
