Ram upgrade? Worth it or not?

Im looking to see if its worth upgrading my ram right now I currently have 32 gb of ram but it runs at 2133 mhz and i want to know if its worth upgrading to 3200 mhz because ram is currently cheaper. My parts are a msi z370 mobo, i7- 8700k, Gtx 1070 and 850w powersupply

Unless upgrading your PC to have the best parts and capabilities, it is not necessary to upgrade your RAM to a better chipset. Even if you were to go from DDR3 to DDR4 the difference would not be that magical. That's not to say it wouldn't make a difference! But at 32GB of RAM total, I would not recommend spending the money. Your processor and GPU are more than enough.

Side note: If you want more speed and have not already, purchase an SSD! Talk about a speed boost compared to an HDD.
