Unless upgrading your PC to have the best parts and capabilities, it is not necessary to upgrade your RAM to a better chipset. Even if you were to go from DDR3 to DDR4 the difference would not be that magical. That's not to say it wouldn't make a difference! But at 32GB of RAM total, I would not recommend spending the money. Your processor and GPU are more than enough.
Side note: If you want more speed and have not already, purchase an SSD! Talk about a speed boost compared to an HDD.
