The conversion factor is 1l/1.057 qt.

 

So, setting it as a proportion

 

1l/1.057qt= 15l/x qt

 

so, multiply 15*1.057= 15.855.

The answer is 15.855 quarts equals 15 litters.

then

 

1.056688 x 15 =15.850323 quarts (US)

OR

 

1 liter = 0.879877 quarts (Imperial)

Therefore:

 

0.879877 x 15 = 13.198154 quarts (Imperial)
