Math doesn't have to be hard!
Recall point-slope formula:
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
Where you substitute x1 with the x value of your point, y1 with the y value of your point, and m with the slope.
This gives you:
y - 6 = -5(x - 7) --> this is the equation in the point-slope form
