Hi Rushan,
Perimeter is the total length of all sides of any polygon. A square, by definition, has 4 equal sides. So, if each side of a square has a length of (2m-3), the perimeter would be 4*(2m-3).
By distributing the 4 throughout the terms within the parentheses, we would determine the perimeter to be 8m-12.
