To find the grade of 128/130, you would divide 130 by 128 and that will give you a decimal, 0.98461538. You will look at the first 3 digits after the decimal point. In this case, that would be 984. The first two digits are your grade- 98. You will at the third number-4 and see that it is below 5 which means you will not round up the 8 to a 9. Therefore, your grade would be a 98.
