Alyssa Started with 7/8 jar of jam. She used 1/16 of the jam to make a sandwich. Alyssa said I don't need to put jam on the grocery list yet we still have 3/4 of a jar. Is Alyssa correct?

7/8 - 1/16 = 14/16 - 1/16 = 13/16 > 12/16 = 3/4

She is INCORRECT when she says there is 3/4 of the jar remaining.

She is correct that jam does not have to be put on the grocery list, as there
