A high rise apartment building in New York has 15 floors with 26 apartments on each floor. There are 3 kinds of apartments in the building: one-, two-, and three-bedroom. If each floor has the same number of these kinds of apartments, how many of each kind are in the building?

Now that I read your problem again, this is impossible.  If there are 26 apartments on each floor and there are supposed to be the same number of each of 3 kinds of apartments, it doesn't work, since 3 does not divide evenly into 26.
