Assuming that you are trying to calculate the probability : P(1.36 <z<1.99) and a normal distribution you should as below.
P(1,36 <z<1.99)
= P( z<1.99) - P(z<1,36)
= 0.97670 - 0.91309
= 0.06361

How did you get from P(z<1.99)-P(z<1.36) to =0.97670 - .91309.... I'm stuck on how to get to the second step. How do I get here... z(<1.99) = 0.97670 how?
