You need all of your units to match, so you have to know or look up that there are 2.2 lb/kg.

122 lb * (1 kg)/(2.2 lb) = 55.4545 kg

 

For the first day, you have 10 mg/kg/day * 55.4545 kg * 1 day

Similarly, for the next set of days you have 5 mg/kg/day * 55.4545 kg * 4 days

 

Calculate these, and add them up! Round to the appropriate decimal point after you're done calculating.
