Mr. Swanson bought a package of disposable razors for $6.30. He found that each razor lasted 1 week. What was the cost per day?

Can't see to figure this out. I know the process just not the order to do it in or what numbers to use.

Hunter, if you had the number of razors in the package, you would divide the cost by the number of razors to get your cost per week.  Since there are 7 days in a week, you would then divide that by 7 to get your final answer.

 

If you have 10 razors in the package, then it costs 63 cents per week.

 

Then your cost per day is 9 cents.
