It's when the larger number is a multiple of the smaller number.
Example: 7 and 35
7, 14, 21, 28, 35
vs
35 ....... Yeah that's it.
Seven needs to multiply several times to get up to 35, but 35 needs not multiply by any other number to be the LCM between it and seven.
