Should i continue my study after a long gap in grade 8

This depends on what you want to do with your life.  I can tell you that if you want a career in a profession that requires a certain educational level, then you must complete your studies at least through that level.

You should definitely continue your studies.  However, five years is a long time to be absent from traditional school and then return.  I suggest you find a local community college and take GED classes to prepare you to take the GED exam.  This will give you a diploma (equivalent to a high school diploma) that is almost mandatory in today's society. You could even apply to colleges afterward if you desire. Good luck!
