Because all the costs are based on a per square basis you can figure out how much the total cost per square will be to install by adding all the costs together: $95.40 + $85.75 + $7.65 = $188.80/square.
Normally, from here you would simply multiply the number of squares needed, 24.6, by $188.80 to find the cost:
24.6 squares X $188.80/square = $4644.48.
However, I believe a roofer would not charge for any partial squares, so the total squares might have to be rounded up to 25. Therefore, the total cost would then be:
25 squares X $188.80/square = $4720.00.
