Calculating net torque

A man is pushing a shopping cart, horizontally exerting a force of 200 N , 0.15 m above his hip. The weight of his upper body is 250 N located 0.1 m in front of his hip. Assuming he is moving at constant velocity in a fixed posture, what is the net joint torque about his hip?

Thanks but I am a little confused. Perhaps a free body diagram will help with the confusion. Aren't both torques acting in the same direction (negative torques)?  So net torques should be 55 Nm?

I’m sorry. After doing the thumb test, it seems like both torques are going into the page (negative). So it would be 55N*m
