If the average velocity of a duck is zero in a given time interval, what can you say about the displacement of the duck for that interval?

Velocity is a vector, which comes from the change of position (displacement) over the change of time. If the average velocity is zero, means that during a time period, the change of the position is zero, the duck goes back to the start point. Therefore, the displacement of the duck for that interval should be zero as well.
