Your story has to be original so no one can do this for you. First, group the words into some general subjects. (like people traveling for a favorite celebration). Now think - you are the youth joining this group. Where are you going? Think of an interesting place. A story is always about the hero (you) going out of your comfort zone to experience something new and to face some challenges. Maybe you meet a lawyer who is running a campaign to target subjects for leadership roles. The lawyer likes you. Now use your imagination and draw out a plot summary. What kind of leadership challenge must you face? Who else do you meet? What dangers or excitement do you encounter? Get all those words in there - as names, things you see or do, objects you encounter.
Once you have a general plot, just start writing. Get a first draft done. Now see what words are left and where they can fit. Tell an interesting story and sum it up in the ending.
You face the challenges and come out a winner. What have you learned about yourself, about others, about life?
