It is not clear what you meant to ask.  If you meant 2 ÷ (3/5), then

 

2 ÷ (3/5) = 2(5/3) = 10/3 = 3 1/3

 

If you meant (3/5) ÷ 2, then

 

(3/5) ÷ 2 = (3/5)(1/2) = 3/10

I assume you mean 2/(3/5).

The rule is "invert and multiply": 2 * (3/5) = 6/5 = 1 1/5
