We don't see a spinner, but you described it well enough to solve anyway. Since there are three sections and we assume there is no bias in the spinner itself, there should be an equal number of results in each category. In the short run, we may deviate significantly from this, but the Law of Large Numbers states that experiment should gradually approach theory. In other words, each section should receive 1/3 of 150 results: 50 each.
