Construct a rectangle if the diagnol is 70mm and one side is 36mm

DIAGONAL given; construct a circle using the given diagonal as diameter. Then form the RIGHT TRIANGLE of one half of the rectangle by using one end of the diameter as arc 'anchor' and strike an arc intersecting the circle, using compass radius equal to the other given side. Connect said intersection to point just found; now repeat this operation at the previously unused other end of the circle's diameter.   (Based on "angle inscribed in semicircle is a right angle.")
