The students of the goodwill school are electing their student union president. There are 450 students at goodwill but 8% of theme are currently taking a gap year and hence not entitled to vote. Another 19 are currently in the process of transferring to a new school, so not entitled to vote either. Out of those who are allowed to vote only 60% voted. Richie got 15/19TH of the total votes, Albert Aspirant received 75% of the remaining votes and bobby content got the rest.
