I assume you meant to say the mass is 5g = 0.005 kg

 

In 60 seconds, 

 

KE = 250(mv²/2) = 125(0.005)(600)² J = 225,000 J

 

power = KE/time = (225,000 J)/(60 s) = 3750 watts = 3.75 kW
