Start by making a diagram or sketch. I think what your problem suggests is that the wire and the antenna form a right triangle with hypotenuse of 20 and one leg of 15. The other leg of that triangle (the base) is given by the Pythagorean Theorem: square of the base = 202 - 152 = 175.
The base = square root of 175 = 5√7 which I will leave to you to figure!
