time speed related pls

a man increases his speed by 5km/h and reaches office 40 mintes early if he decreases his speed by 2km/h then reaches office 40 minutes late what is the distance??

sir its not like he goes with the speed of 5km/h and 2km/h.... actually he goes with a certain speed and he increases it with +5km/h and decreases it with - 2 km/h... now thats the question is what i need ans for... if u can help?
