The book shows the final answer as Cospi/6+sinpi/6= 1
when I reduce it I get stuck with 2cos6/pi+sinpi/6 = ?

Here is what I get:
π/6 is the smaller ∠ in a so-called 30-60 right triangle.
sec π/6 = 1/cos π/6 = 2/√3 and tan π/6 = 1/√3
2sec π/6 + tan π/6 = 4/√3 + 1/√3 = (5/3)√3
