D = 1900
r = 55 mi/hr
That gives us:
1900 = 55 mi/hr t
what we need to do is isolate t, so we multiply both sides by hr/55mi:
1900 * hr / 55 mi = t
That's as far as I can help you. You don't mention if the 1900 is feet, miles, meters, or what-have-you. if it's miles, it's straight division from here. If it's a different unit of measurement, then you're going to want to add in a conversion.
