A bound orbit can have any radius as long as the total mechanical energy is negative. To answer your question, you would also need to know the speed at the radius. Note that the orbital radius must ALWAYS be greater than the radius of the planet that it is orbiting, otherwise the orbit would be in the interior of the planet!
