2(L+W)=30 => L + W = 15 => W = 15 - L
LW=50 => L(15-L) = 50
Multiply, collect terms etc => L2 -15 + 50 = 0
(L-10)(L-5)=0
L = 10; W = 5 or L = 5; W = 10
