Certainly.  Power is force times velocity, where velocity is momentum divided by mass.

power = Fv = F(mv)/m = Fp/m,

 

where 

 

p = mv.

 

If you are taking calculus-based physics, you know that

 

F = dp/dt,

 

so you can also express power as

 

power = (dp/dt)(p/m)
