This means that what is in the real house is ten times bigger than the doll house.  See my example below:

 

Suppose the doll table is 1.75 cm, what is the height of the real table?  1.75X10=17.5 cm  You move the point one place when multiplying the decimal by 10.   Now, just work you problem the same way that I did mine, and you will be done.  I hope that I helped.   Susan C.
