When do you use ln to integrate?

For example, I am integrating (3/x^2). Would I integrate that to just 3*ln(x) or just (3/x)? Thanks!

just 3/x.

∫(3/x)dx=3ln(x)+C

But

∫(3/x^2)dx=-3/x+C
