Chevy,

It is sometimes easier to see smallest to largest if you rewrite the numbers so they have the same number of digits behind the decimal points.  Adding 0's at the end does not change the value of the number. So look at 

.570, .600, .060. and .569 They are all thousandths now, so you just put the smaller number first

.060, .569, .570, .600

Doesn't that make sense?
