Your equation should be h(t) = -16t2 + 40t +80.
104 = -16t2 + 40t + 80
16t2 - 40t + 24 = 0        Divide both sides by 8.
2t2 - 5t + 3 = 0
(2t - 3)(t - 1) = 0
2t - 3 = 0     or     t - 1 = 0
2t = 3          or     t = 1
t = 3/2 =1  1/2
