i need help with PL/SQL (Oracle)

Question

Write a complete PL/SQL program that enables a user to interact with a database of your choice (for example you may choose employee database, or student, or a library database, … etc). The database should contain one table, and the program should enable the user to insert, find, update, and delete a record from the database as well as display all records. The program displays the following menu to a user, then execute the corresponding query based on the user selected choice.

I would say you can't do this from PL/SQL because PL/SQL is a internal language for the Oracle database.

you could chose Oracle tools such as SQL Developer, Application express, etc.. which let you choice any database.

also depend on how your database architectures are and several database resides on different servers and how it works with connection alias.

This question is bad done, you can't do this from PL/SQL.

PL/SQL is a internal language for the Oracle database and for the Oracle tools, Forms, Application Express and so on.

With one of those tools, anyone, you can let the user choice any database, and depending how is your architecture, several databases located in diferents servers or a multi-tenant database, work with a connection alias.
