This is a very simple case of applying the rule for differentiation using the product rule.  One part is u = 10x, the other part is v = e^-4x;  u' = 10, v' = -4e^-4x

Combine this information according to the rule f'(x) = u'v + uv' and you will have the answer.  Often it's presented in a factored form.
